This camera seems always to be on, 24/7. It is located behind a freshwater fishtank of some sort beside a couch and some bookshelves. You will notice varying degrees of activity. sometimes the camera image is entirely black; this would indicate night time in Japan (remember timezones!), sometimes a cool yellow fish will be blocking your view. Other times, you may become privy to some of the most intimate, secret nintendo game developer meetings one can imagine -- just be patient!
